Lamb: All the traditional cuts you’d expect from a great butcher and an ever developing range of modern cuts such as back straps, boned and butterflied legs, marinated if required, and gourmet lamb sausages. We also sell whole and half lambs, cut and packed to your specification.
Beef: Sold mainly in traditional cuts, steaks , diced beef , roasts, corned beef, rib eyes, beef kebabs, mince, marinated steaks, flavoured beef sausages and rissoles. We also sell sides of beef and quarters all cut and packed to your specification.
Chicken: Sold whole or as chicken fillets, thighs, wings as well as convenience products such as; boned seasoned and rolled chickens, chicken kebabs, mini roasts, stir fries, Schnitzel and Kievs. All boned and prepared by our butchers fresh daily
